1. Orders and payment
Orders are reviewed by the team after submission. COD and manual payment may both be offered, depending on current operating rules and order details.
2. Delivery and service areas
Delivery is limited to current service zones managed by Nathventure. Batch windows, express availability, and fees may change without prior notice.
3. Product availability
Item availability can change quickly. The team may contact you if an item, pack size, or substitution requires clarification before fulfillment.
4. Customer identity
The phone number used at checkout is treated as the primary customer identifier for order follow-up, verification, and future account linking.
